Her real life campaign video for the Piratenpartij. I do know she actually won a seat in that election. Was quite strange. Then she ended up being crazy.

Nope. Let me explain.
"We" want to kill them.
"They" don't want to be killed, by anyone, in any ship, ever.
They don't get to be the only ones who get what they want. That's not how the game works, in fact it works rather the opposite.
Being helpless is their punishment for not playing the game the way it's supposed to be played. It's what they get for pretending they are playing a single player game.
If they don't like where they are at the bottom of the food chain, too damn bad. They don't get to hold my gameplay hostage by threatening to withdraw their subs. That's disgustingly childish, and immoral behavior. That kind of petty, small minded, selfish crap is the reason I hate carebears in ANY GAME. Not just in EVE.

Deliberately misunderstanding my point changes nothing.
What I was referring to was the "change XYZ or I'll quit!" sentiments. Which you find almost exclusively amongst bears of the "care" variety.

It says you are fighting as a player against another player, if that other player is flying a non-PvP ship, that's his fault. I underlined the bit where you got it wrong. Its not fighting; its doing everything possible to avoid a fight. Hi-sec scrubs - beneath my contempt.
Ammo is exchanged. Pretty sure it's a fight, regardless if the ammo is going both directions.
Whatever semantics you may try to raise, PvP is any fight involving two players. Mutually agreed upon and consensual or not.
